It's easy to get through 90% of a project, but to leave the rest linger for days, weeks, even months. Here at Bay Area Installations, we are very proud of our attention to detail. We always follow-up to get the job done.
In the office furniture industry, you're dealing with a million parts and pieces, details, changes, modifications - you name it. It can be challenging to keep track of all these details and make sure to follow-up on punchlist items. That is another way in which we strive to set ourselves apart from the competition. We have an entire front office procedure dedicated to tracking and addressing punchlists, and an expedited scheduling protocol for dealing with the same. In fact - we don't differentiate between punchlist and regular orders - punchlist items are treated as "new" orders in the since that they demand priority just as if they were an entirely new order. Sometimes factors are beyond our control (the trim pieces are back-ordered, the person who's office we're modifying is on vacation - and so on) - however we diligently follow up and pursue 100% completion until the entire project is finished and the customer is happy.
