Transportation is a difficult industry to be in, especially on such crowded highyways as the Nimitz or on such wayfairs as the new Bay Bridge. At Bay Area Installations, we have experience enough to know how to handle tough traffic situations.
1. Call ahead. We make it our policy for our delivery drivers to always call ahead to the customer - whether they're on time or stuck behind some traffic impediment. That way the customer is in the loop and knows what to expect.
2. Get re-routed. If traffic is bad enough, our drivers are instructed to check in with ops, and get re-routed according to up to the minute GPS data. There are more than one ways to get across the city or across the state - and we know the best ones!
3. Keep cool. We're not going to pretend that we never deal with upset customers. In fact, if a delivery company tells you they're never late and never have upset customers - watch your wallet! But at Bay Area Installations, we pride ourselves in having cool heads. We know that, once the customer sees our dedication to customer service, dilligence and quality, they will end up giving us a glowing recommendation.
Don't let traffic get you down - call the experienced professionals at Bay Area Installations.
