One of the great things about American small business is that it's about relationships and coming through for people in need. At Bay Area Installations, we pride ourselves in bailing customers out of difficult situations they have found themselves in.
Recently we received a call from a distressed customer who we have worked with for a long time. Our customer sheepishly informed us that she had made the dubious decision to partner with another company for a small install. We don't feel threatened by competition, and we know there's enough business to go around. So when our customer informed us that the other company didn't have requisite insurance to be able to deliver into a strict building, we gladly stepped up and took over the delivery. The furniture was installed on time and our customer dodged a bullet in having to cancel an important delivery.
It isn't about gloating, just about stating what we're good at. Call us when another company has let you down and we'll be happy to pick up the slack.
