Everyone makes New Years Resolutions. It seems to be something inherent about the nature of humanity: they like to have a clean start, they think in terms of fixing that which was broken - all commendable attributes. Here at Bay Area Installations, we're making our own set of New Years Resolutions and would like to share some of them with you.
1. Greater Company Cohesion -
We just had our first of a series of company meetings this morning. Far from needing to address crisis or dysfunctional points of the business, these meetings are mostly geared at celebrating the success of last year, and planning for future success this year. It is about thanking each other for the work we've done, and asserting our mutual desire to continue that tradition through 2015.
2. Error Free Ball -
As much as I have continually lauded our company's successes, there is always room for improvement. So this year, along with our partners at Cubiclesales.com, we're shooting for a new level of performance - we'd like it to be error free.
3. Increased Gratitude -
We are all lucky to have a job, to live in a country like the US - so many things. If we're grateful for all that we have, it comes through in our quality of work. This year, we're focusing on the little things - being grateful each day is just a good habit to get into.
